Shipping
Policy
Primo enjoys a highly automated and efficient inventory, shipping and
delivery system. This results in huge savings that we pass along to our
customers. Currently, Primo offers Express Ground Shipping only, which
is shipped thru Fedex or UPS.
We ship all orders 24 to 48 hrs after reciept of order and payment. Expect
7 to 10 business days for delivery.

Rates
Our shipping rate is based on "Percent of Total Order" which
is competitive and a huge savings for our volume buyers. Rate is as follows:
$00.01 - 99.99 = 7%
$100.00 - 199.99 = 5%
$200.00 and over = 4%
On volume orders, please call 800.76.PRIMO for a discounted shipping
charges.
Order
Status
Once order has been received and processed and without any verification
problems, we will send you a Confirmation Order Status thru email
with the corresponding Tracking Number of your shipment. You can
track your orders through the link below.

International Orders
as of now, Primo does not ship international. We ship to US addresses
only.
Cancel Orders
Orders placed on primomic.com cannot be canceled online. To cancel
orders, please call 800.76.PRIMO or e-mail sales@primomic.com.
Whenever we receive orders at primomic.com, we start working on it right
away. So there's a possibility and depending on how much time has elapsed
since you placed your order, that we've already shipped the product to
you. In that case, you may need to return it to us. Click here to find
