Return Policy
In general, PRIMO accepts returns on merchandise within 10 days. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to PRIMO on returned items.
PRIMO will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

Instructions

1. Print Return Merchandise Document (RMD)

2. Pack it up
Please be sure to pack things as carefully as they were originally packaged. All items are subject to inspection before a refund will be issued. All manuals and accessories must still be attached and merchandise cannot show signs of wear or use.

3. Send it to us
Please be advised that return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer. We therefore suggest that you track and insure all returns to protect yourself against lost packages.

4. Get a refund
Once we receive your return, it must pass an inspection before any credits can be issued. Once approved, a cash or credit refund will be issued and an email notification will be sent to you.
